Overview
Khandadevi Rural Municipality (खाँडादेवी गाउँपालिका, रामेछाप) is located in Ramechhap district. After the Ministry of Federal Affairs and Local Development implemented 744 local levels in 2073 BS, Rakathum, Majhuwa, Bhirpani, Pakarbas, Makadum, Gagal-Bhadaure and Pingkhuri Village Development Committees (VDCs) have been formed in the district. With a total area of 150.7 sq km and a population of 31,383, it is divided into nine wards.
This rural municipality extends to Manthali Municipality in the east, Sunapati Rural Municipality in the west, Doramba Rural Municipality in the north, and Sindhuli district in the south.
