Overview
Kalika Rural Municipality (कालिका गाउँपालिका) was established in 2017 (2073 BS) as a Local level government of Nepal. The office of the Kalika Gaunpalika is located in Dhaibung, Rasuwa district of Nepal. Kalika Rural Municipality divided into five wards (Ramche, Dhaibung. Dharapani, Dhuseni, and Jibjibe). This rural municipality provides local level public services and develops local infrastructures. It has self-govern authority to its local area.
The total area of this rural municipality is 129.54 square kilometers and the total population is 11,393. This rural municipality was formed by including former VDCs (Dhaibung, Ramche, Laharepauwa Ward No. 8, and Bhaorle Ward No [1, 6, 8, and 9]. The main places of Kalika Rural Municipality are such as Betini, Dharapani, Katunje, Kalikasthan, Dhaibungkot, Dhuseni, Rupsepani, Bhadaure, Jibjibe, Jyanglang, Parangse, Gombodanda, Ramche, Grang and Palep.
