Bihadi Rural Municipality (विहादी गाउँपालिका) was established in 2017 (2074 BS) as a local government of Nepal. The headquarters of the Bihadi Rural Municipality is located in Bahaki Thanti, Parbat district, Gandaki Province of Nepal. The Rural Municipality is known as Gaunpalika in the Nepali Language. Bihadi Rural Municipality is surrounded by Mahashila and Paiyun Rural Municipality on the East, Baglung and Gulmi districts on the West, Phalewas municipality and Baglung district on the North, and Syangja and Gulmi districts on the South.

The total area of the Bihadi Rural Municipality is 44.80 km2 (17.30 sq mi) and the total population of the rural municipality according to 2011 (2068 BS) Nepal census is 13,403 1individual. The density of this rural municipality is 300/km2 (770/sq mi). This rural municipality is divided into 6 wards.

Bachchha, Barrachaur, Raanipaani, Bahaki Thanti, Urampokhara and Shaligram Village development committees (VDCs) were incorporated to form Bihadi Rural Municipality. This rural municipality came into existence on 10 March 2017.
