Overview
Bidur Municipality was established in 1987 as a local government of Nepal. The headquarters of Bidur Nagarpalika is located in Bidur, Nuwakot district of Nepal. It was formed by merging Bidur Municipality and four VDC's (Charghare, Tupche, Gerkhu, Kalyanpur, and KhadagBhanjyang (4 to 9 Wards) in 2017 (2073 BS). The total area of this municipality is 130.01 sq.km and the total population of 54351 (28977 Female, 25374 Male) living in 12505 households as per the 2011 National Census.
