Bank of Kathmandu Limited was established in 1995 and it is one of the largest private sector class 'A' commercial banks in Nepal, licensed under Nepal Rastra Bank. Bank of Kathmandu was reborn through a merger between the former Bank of Kathmandu and Lumbini Bank Limited; both were Class “A” Commercial Banks. This merger has concluded in the synergy that has prepared the four major pillars of the Bank i.e. Assets, Capital, Deposit & Customer Base. Serving over 0.5 million clients, it stands to deliver highest levels of customer service through a multitude of products & services from a wide network of Seventy-five (75) Bank Branches, 66 ATMs, 7 Extension Counters and 15 Branches.
