Bandipur Rural Municipality (Gaupalika) is located in Bandipur, Tanahun district, Gandaki Pradesh Nepal. Bandipur Rural Municipality (बन्दिपुर गाँउपालिका), Tanahun District, Gandaki Province is a small but beautiful rural municipality spread over an area of 102 square kilometers. In the Fiscal Year 2070/71 (2071 Baisakh 25th), Bandipur Municipality was declared by incorporating the old Dharampani and Bandipur Village Development Committees. In the year 2073 BS (in 2017 AD), with the establishment of the new territorial structure of Nepal, the former Bandipur Municipality, wards 1 and 9 of Ghansikuwa VDC, and wards 1, 8, and 9 of Keshwatar VDC were declared as Bandipur Rural Municipality with 6 wards.
Bandipur Gaupalika is the oldest city of Tanhun. This city was not the main destination of motor traffic as the main businessman of the west mountain. The main place to bring south from Tanahun, Kaski, Lamjung, and Gorkha to the south and to send south from the hilarious southwest.

Paragliding is situated smoothly at 1150 feet high and Paragliding is situated smoothly on the mountainous river.
