Important Notes:

  1. There will be no arrangements made for candidates who are absent from the exam as per the above schedule.

  2. The exam will not be postponed even if an unexpected holiday falls, unless prior notice is issued by Tribhuvan University.

  3. If there is a conflict or omission of any subject or paper in the exam schedule, candidates must inform the office within 7 days of the published date on the website; otherwise, the exam will be held as per the current schedule.

  4. For practical exams, candidates should contact their respective campus.

  5. Candidates must bring the required materials (tables, vouchers, graph paper, charts, etc.) and use them with prior permission from the exam center head.

  6. Within one month of the theoretical exam, the respective campus must submit the practical and internal evaluation results to this office along with attendance records.

  7. Mobile phones, smartwatches, Bluetooth, digital diaries, and similar prohibited items are not allowed in the exam hall. Such items will be confiscated.

  8. Candidates must fill out the exam application form according to Tribhuvan University rules and curriculum and ensure they are applying for the correct course. If there is a discrepancy, the campus or candidate will be responsible.

  9. Exams conducted outside the designated exam centers will be automatically canceled.
