Tribhuvan University, Examination Control Office, Balkhu, has published the exam schedule for the Humanities Faculty's Bachelor's 2nd-year partial and private partial exams for the year 2080, which will be conducted in 2081 under the annual examination system. All concerned are notified as follows.

No further arrangements will be made for examinees who are absent according to the above examination schedule.

The examination will not be postponed even if an unexpected public holiday is declared unless prior notice is issued by Tribhuvan University.

If any subject or paper that you are required to sit for is missed or clashes with the exam schedule, you must inform this office within 7 days from the date published on the website. Otherwise, the exam will proceed according to the published schedule.

For practical exams, please contact your respective campus.

Materials such as log tables, treasury vouchers, "grapher" papers, charts, etc., should be brought by the examinees themselves and used with prior approval from the exam center chief.

Within one month of the theoretical exam, the respective campuses must complete practical exams and internal evaluations. Attendance records and answer sheets must be submitted to this office.

Mobile phones, smartwatches, Bluetooth devices, digital diaries, or other prohibited items are not allowed inside the exam hall. Otherwise, such items will be confiscated by the exam center chief.

Only the subjects as per TU regulations and the prescribed syllabus should be filled out in the exam application form. Students must ensure the exact course they need to take the exam for. If any discrepancies arise, the campus or the student will be held accountable.

If exams are taken from any center other than the designated exam center, the exam will be automatically canceled.

The exams will be conducted in full compliance with the health standards set by the Government of Nepal.
Additional Notice:
Some examinees have not submitted their exam application forms. Those students are informed to complete all processes and submit their exam forms at the Examination Control Office, Balkhu, or the respective regional examination offices by Kartik 23, 2081, with double the normal fee. Additionally, all examinees taking the private partial exam are informed that the exam center will be in Kathmandu.
