This notice is published for the information of all concerned regarding the filling out of the exam forms for the upcoming regular examinations of the 3rd semester of the Master of Business Studies (MBS) and Master of Public Administration (MPA) programs under the semester system, operated by the Dean's Office, Faculty of Management, Tribhuvan University. This notice applies to students admitted in 2079 (2023) as well as partial examinees from the admission groups of 2019 to 2022 who were enrolled in the mentioned programs and were either unsuccessful or absent in the 3rd semester regular exams.
The regular examinations of the 3rd semester are scheduled to commence from the fourth week of Bhadra, 2081. Candidates must clearly mention the subjects they wish to appear for and submit their exam forms to the respective campuses/colleges by 2081/05/02. The respective campuses/colleges must then submit these exam forms with the required fees listed below to the Examination Control Division of this Dean's Office by 2081/05/05.
Details
Only the examination form fee, excluding the TU service fee, for the mentioned programs:
(1) Regular Exam Fee: Rs. 1500 per student per semester
(2) Partial Exam Fee: Rs. 300 per subject per student
(3) Late Fee: From 2081/05/03, Rs. 500 per student per semester for the first 2 days, Rs. 1000 per student per semester for the next 2 days, and Rs. 2500 per student per semester for the final 2 days.
Forms received after the deadline or not in compliance with the procedures will not be processed. The detailed exam schedule will be published later.
Note:
(1) For regular examinees, photocopies of the Result Ledger/Grade Sheet/Admit Card of the second semester must be attached with the form, and for partial examinees, copies of the third semester's regular exam Grade Sheet must be attached. Otherwise, the exam form will not be accepted.
(2) If any correction is found in the subject in the exam form, the form will be canceled, and the responsibility will lie with the student.
(3) The internal evaluation list of the examinees must be attached with the exam form and mentioned in the exam form. Exam forms without internal evaluations will not be accepted.
(4) The internal evaluation list of the examinees must be mandatorily provided in Excel file format to this faculty's email ID: [email protected].
(5) Exam forms will be available from the Examination Control Division of this faculty or can be downloaded from www.fomecd.edu.np and filled out on legal size paper.
(6) Exam fees should be deposited in the Nepal Bank Limited, Kirtipur Branch, Chalti Hisab Number 045-001-00099066000001 of the Faculty of Management, TU, Kirtipur, and the original voucher must be attached with the exam form according to the program and session.
