Tribhuvan University, Faculty of Education, Examination Control Division, Balkhu, Kathmandu, Nepal Notice Regarding Submission of Examination Application Forms B.Ed. (ICTE & SNE) Ninth Semester.

All students under the Faculty of Education Semester System who wish to sit for the B.Ed. (ICTE & SNE) Ninth Semester (Regular and Partial) examinations—scheduled to be held in Magh/Falgun 2081—are informed to contact their respective campuses and submit their online examination application forms by Magh 15, 2081.

If candidates miss this deadline, they may still complete the exam form from Magh 16 to Magh 20, 2081, by paying double the regular fee.

Campuses must review the online forms submitted by their students, enter the internal assessment marks, and deposit the collected exam fee into the Dean’s Office bank account. For a single fee, the payment must be made by Magh 16, 2081, and for a double fee, by Magh 21, 2081. The scanned copy of the original bank voucher should be attached, and the forms must be verified no later than Magh 21, 2081.

Additional Instructions

1. Students must fill out the online exam form available at the Faculty’s website:
   tufoe.edu.np using their TU registration number (for both regular and partial students).

2. An exam form fee of NPR 1,500 per student (for both regular and partial exams) will be charged, which students must submit through their respective campuses.

3. Students must accurately enter all details when completing the exam form. They should contact their campus if they encounter difficulties with the online form.

4. Campuses/colleges must input the internal assessment marks online when submitting the exam forms. Additionally, before the exams start, they must submit a certified list of internal assessment marks to the Dean’s Office, Examination Control Division.

5. Students must upload a recent passport-size photograph showing a clear view of their face. If the uploaded photo is unclear, the application will be rejected.

   • Students must also upload their signatures in the specified field of the online exam form.

   • The student must upload the transfer letter if transferred from another campus.

6. Any exam form that does not meet the required procedures will be canceled.
