Tribhuvan University (TU), Examination Control Office, Balkhu Notice for Filling Examination Application Form for 3-Year Bachelor Level LLB (New and Old Curriculum) First Year Examinees
Tribhuvan University Examination Control Office, Balkhu, informs all concerned that examinees of the 3-year Bachelor level LLB under the old curriculum for partial exams and the new curriculum for regular and partial first-year exams, scheduled to be conducted in 2081 as per the annual examination system of 2079, should fill and submit their examination application forms at their respective campuses/colleges from Shrawan 13, 2081 to Bhadra 1, 2081, with regular fees and within one week after the ordinary deadline with double fees.
(1) Regarding the examination application form:
(a) The examination application form must be filled out by the students themselves and submitted to the concerned office after completing all processes. TU Examination Control Office will not be accountable if otherwise.
(b) Partial examinees must mandatorily mention their previous roll number on the examination application form.
(c) Two recent passport-sized photographs (in plain attire) are required for filling the examination application form.
(d) If a copy of the admit card is needed during the examination period, the same photograph used in the application form must be submitted.
(e) For those who enrolled in 2072 and appeared in the first-year exam for the first time in 2073, this exam will be the final opportunity.
(2) Regarding the deadline and fees for the examination application form:
(a) Campuses within Kathmandu Valley must submit the examination application forms along with bank vouchers in the name of Tribhuvan University Examination Control Office to the Examination Control Office, Balkhu, within two days. Campuses outside the Valley must submit the forms to the respective Regional Examination Control Office or the Examination Control Office, Balkhu, within two days of creating the bank voucher.
(b) When submitting the examination forms, the bank vouchers must first be verified by the accounts branch at the concerned examination control office before submitting the forms to the relevant branch.
(3) Regarding examination fees:
(a) Section fee for regular and partial examinees: Rs 470/-
(b) Examination application form fee: Rs 60/-
(c) Examination center fee per section: Rs 100/-
(4) Regarding the payment of examination fees:
(a) Campuses within Kathmandu Valley must deposit the examination-related fees in the revenue account no. 0501010000500 of Global IME Bank Limited or revenue account no. 04500100099108000001 of Nepal Bank Limited located within TU Kirtipur/Balkhu premises and submit the bank voucher along with the application form mandatorily to the Examination Control Office.
(b) Campuses outside Kathmandu Valley must submit the bank voucher created in the name of the Tribhuvan University Examination Control Office from Nepal Bank Limited or Global IME Bank Ltd., Balkhu Branch, or any other bank outside Kathmandu Valley along with the application form.
(c) Campuses under the Regional Examination Control Office, Biratnagar, must deposit all examination fees in the current account number 1040010092212000001 of Nepal Bank Limited, Bazaradda Branch, Biratnagar, and submit the bank voucher along with the examination application form mandatorily.
(d) Campuses under the Regional Examination Control Office, Nepalgunj, must deposit all examination fees in the current account number 2101010000076 of Global IME Bank Limited, Tribhuvan Chowk, and submit the bank voucher along with the examination application form mandatorily.
(e) Campuses under the Regional Examination Control Office, Pokhara, must deposit all examination fees in the current account number 0910010110340000001 of Nepal Bank Limited, Bagar Branch, Pokhara, and submit the bank voucher along with the examination application form mandatorily.
