TU Exam Form Notice: BBA, BIM, BBM, BHM, BTTM, BPA, BMS & BBA-F 8th Semester Chance Examination 2024

The Tribhuvan University (TU), Faculty of Management, Dean’s Office, Kirtipur, Kathmandu, has issued a notice regarding the 8th Semester Chance Examination for the following programs:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• Bachelor of Information Management (BIM)

• Bachelor of Business Management (BBM)

• Bachelor of Public Administration (BPA)

• Bachelor of Mountaineering Studies (BMS)

• Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM)

• Bachelor of Business Administration Finance (BBA-F)

• Bachelor of Travel and Tourism Management (BTTM)

The examination is scheduled to begin in the second week of Poush 2081.

Eligibility Criteria

Students enrolled in the above programs in 2019 AD who failed or were absent in up to two subjects during the 8th Semester regular examination are eligible to apply for the chance examination.

Form Submission Details

1. Deadline:

   • Submit forms to the respective campus/college by 2081/09/01.

2. Late Submission:

   • Forms can be submitted with a late fee of Rs. 2,500 per student between 2081/09/02 and 2081/09/04.

3. Fee Structure:

   • One Subject: Rs. 1,000

   • Two Subjects: Rs. 1,500

4. Required Documents:

   • The application form must include a copy of the Result Ledger/Grade Sheet. Applications without this will not be accepted.

   • Examination forms must follow the sample format available on the Faculty of Management website: www.fomecd.edu.np.

Important Notes

1. Form Availability:

   • Forms can be obtained from the Exam Control Division of the Faculty of Management or downloaded from the website. For printing, use legal-size paper.

2. Payment Details:

   • Exam fees should be deposited in the Faculty of Management's account at Nepal Bank Limited, Kirtipur Branch (Account No.: 045-001-00099066000001).

   • Original vouchers, categorized by program, must be submitted along with the form.

3. Submission Instructions:

   • Colleges must verify the forms, arrange roll numbers, and submit the compiled student data form (per the sample format) to the Exam Control Division.

   • An electronic copy of the compiled data must also be sent to [email protected].

4. Exam Schedule:

   • The detailed examination timetable will be published later.
