TU 4 Year BBS, BA, B.Ed. and BSc 1st Year Partial Exam Form Fill Up Notice
Tribhuvan University, Office of the Controller of Examinations, Balkhu 4-year Bachelor level for the candidates who will take the partial exam of the first year of 2079 Notice of Filling Examination Application Form
According to the annual examination system conducted by Tribhuvan University Examination Control Office Balkhu in the year 2079 and 2081, the partial examinees of the Bachelor level first year examination for the Faculty of Humanities, Education, Management Faculty, and Institute of Science and Technology Studies will take place in their campus from 23rd of Jestha 2081 to 21 Ashad 2081. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned to submit the application form along with the regular fee nd within one week after the expiry of the normal fee.
1) Regarding Exam Application Form:-
a) The examination application form should be filled by the examinee himself and submitted to the concerned campus/college after completing all the procedures. Tribhuvan University Examination Control Office will not be responsible if it happens otherwise.
b) This will be the last exam for those who enrolled in the 4-year Bachelor level in 2071 and took the first year exam in 2072.
c) All the candidates must mention the previous roll number on the application form.
d) 2 passport-size photographs taken recently (in plain clothes) will be required for filling the examination application form.
e) If a copy of the admit card has to be taken during the examination period, the same photograph as used in the examination application form must be submitted.
2) Regarding the deadline and fee for filling the examination application form:-
a) The campuses in Kathmandu Valley must submit the Bank Voucher in the name of Tribhuvan University, Examination Control Office along with the examination application form within 2 days to Tribhuvan University, Examination Control Office in Balkhu. The campuses outside the valley should submit the bank voucher along with the examination application form to the Regional Examination Control Office in the case of the Regional Examination Control Office and the campuses outside the Valley in the area of the Examination Control Office to the Tribhuvan University, Examination Control Office Balkhu.
b) When submitting the exam forms, first submit the form to the Accounts Branch along with the Bank Voucher at the concerned Examination Control Office.
The relevant form should be submitted to the branch.
3) Regarding examination fee:-
a) Partial fee Rs.470/- for partial candidates
b) Exam Application Form Fee Rs.60/-
c) Examination center fee Rs.100/- per section
d) Fee of Rs.150/- per subject for practical examination
e) Practical examination fee for two or more subjects Rs.275/-
4) Regarding payment of examination fee:-
a) The campuses located within the Kathmandu Valley within the Tribhuvan University Kirtipur / Balkhu campus have income account no. 0501010000500 or Nepal Bank Limited Income Account No. 04500100099108000001 and submit the form to the office along with the bank voucher in the name of the Examination Control Office.
b) Regional Examination Control Office Pokhara campuses have to submit the examination form along with the receipt of payment of all examination-related fees to Tribhuvan University Regional Examination Control Office, Pokhara Current Account Number 0910010110134000001 Nepal Bank Limited Bagar Branch, Pokhara.
c) Regional Examination Control Office Biratnagar campuses must submit all examination-related fees to Tribhuvan University Regional Examination Control Office, Biratnagar Current Account Number 104001009221200001 Nepal Bank Limited, Bazar Adda Branch, Biratnagar along with the exam application form.
d) The campuses of the Regional Examination Control Office Nepalganj should submit all the fees related to the examination to the Tribhuvan University Regional Examination Control Office Nepalgunj Current Account Number 210101000076 Global IME Bank Limited, Tribhuvan Chowk, along with the receipt of payment, the examination application form and the mandatory SP.
e) In the case of Regional Examination Control Office Attaria, Kailali, At Tribhuvan University, Examination Control Office Balkhu Premises of Global Bank Limited income account no. 0501010000500 or Nepal Bank Limited Income Account No. 04500100099108000001 and submit the Bank Voucher in the name of Tribhuvan University, Examination Control Office after collecting the examination-related fees.
