Tribhuvan University (TU), Office of the Controller of Examinations, Balkhu, Kathmandu, Notice for Exam Form Submission for 4-Year Bachelor's 3rd Year Regular and Partial Students.
Tribhuvan University, Office of the Controller of Examinations, Balkhu, has published this notice for all concerned regarding the submission of exam application forms for the 2081 annual examination system. This applies to regular and partial students of the 3rd year in the faculties of Humanities, Management, Education, and the Institute of Science and Technology, including B.A., B.B.S., B.Ed., and B.Sc. programs.
All eligible students must fill and submit their application forms through their respective campuses from Chaitra 20, 2081 to Baisakh 10, 2082 with regular fees. Forms can be submitted within one week after the deadline by paying double the fees.
1. Regarding the Exam Application Form:
a) Students must fill out the application form by themselves and submit it after completing all required procedures. The TU Office of the Controller of Examinations will not be responsible for any issues resulting from failure to do so.
b) Students must clearly mention the roll number from their previous examination on the application form.
c) Students enrolled in 2073 who appeared in the 1st-year exam for the first time in 2074 are eligible to take this exam for the last time.
d) Two recently taken passport-sized photographs (in normal attire) must be submitted with the form.
e) If a copy of the admit card is needed during the exam period, the same photo used in the application form must be provided.
2. Exam Form Deadline and Submission:
a) Campuses inside Kathmandu Valley must submit the application forms and the bank voucher (in the name of TU, Office of the Controller of Examinations) to TU Balkhu within two days of voucher deposit.

Campuses outside the Valley must submit the forms to their respective regional exam control offices within two days of bank voucher issuance.

Campuses outside the regional exam control area must submit directly to TU, Office of the Controller of Examinations, Balkhu.
b) At the time of submission, campuses must verify the fee vouchers with the account section before submitting them to the concerned branch.
3. Fee Details for Students:
a) Per Subject Fee: Rs. 470
b) Form Fee: Rs. 60
c) Exam Center Fee (per subject): Rs. 100
d) Practical Exam Fee (per subject): Rs. 150
e) Teaching Practice Fee: Rs. 350

(Of which Rs. 50 goes to the Exam Office, Rs. 150 to the Faculty of Education Dean's Office, and Rs. 150 to the concerned campus account.
f) Field Work / Term Paper / Project Work Fee: Rs. 275
g) Practical Fee for Two or More Subjects: Rs. 275
