TU 3-Year Bachelor Level LLB Third-Year Regular and Partial Examinations
Tribhuvan University Examination Control Office, Balkhu, Notice for Filling the Examination Application Form for Candidates Appearing in the 3-Year Bachelor Level LLB Third-Year Regular and Partial Examinations.
According to the annual examination system conducted by the Tribhuvan University Examination Control Office for the academic year 2081, under the Law Faculty for the third-year examination of the Bachelor Level LLB – for those appearing for the old curriculum (2080 partial examination) and for the new curriculum (2079 regular and partial examinations) – candidates are required to submit the application form along with the regular fee and, within one week after the ordinary deadline has passed, with the double fee, at their respective campus/college, from Magh 27, 2081 to Falgun 27, 2081. This notice is published for the information of all concerned.
Regarding the Examination Application Form:
(a) The exam application form must be filled out by the student personally and submitted to the respective campus after completing all required procedures. The Tribhuvan University Examination Control Office will not be held responsible in any deviation from this process.
(b) This will be the final examination for those enrolled in the 3-Year Bachelor Level under the old curriculum in 2073 and who appeared for the examination for the first time in 2074.
(c) All candidates must mandatorily mention their previous Roll Number on the exam application form.
(d) Two recent passport-sized photographs (in casual attire) must fill out the exam application form.
(e) If, during the examination period, a photocopy of the admit card is required, the photograph used in the exam application form must be submitted.
Regarding the Deadline and Fee for Submitting the Examination Application Form:
(a) For campuses within the Kathmandu Valley, the exam application form and the bank voucher in the name of the Tribhuvan University Examination Control Office must be submitted to the Tribhuvan University Examination Control Office, Balkhu, within 2 days. For campuses outside the Valley, the exam application form along with the corresponding bank voucher must be submitted to the respective Regional OCE within 4 days, and for campuses outside the Valley in the OCE region, they must be submitted to the TUOCE, Balkhu.
(b) When submitting the exam forms, the bank voucher must first be registered at the Accounts Branch of the respective OCE and then submitted to the appropriate branch.
Regarding the Examination Fees:
(a) For partial examination candidates, section fee: Rs. 470/-
(b) Exam application form fee: Rs. 60/-
(c) Exam center fee per section: Rs. 100/-
(d) Practical examination fee per section for one subject: Rs. 150/-
(e) Practical examination fee for two or more subjects: Rs. 275/-
(f) Fieldwork, term paper, and project work fee: Rs. 275/-
Regarding the Payment of Examination Fees:
(a) For campuses within the Kathmandu Valley, all exam-related fees must be deposited into the income account of Global IME Bank Limited (account no. 05010100000500) or Nepal Bank Limited (account no. 04500100099108000001) within the TU Kirtipur/Balkhu campus. The bank voucher showing the payment made in the name of the OCE must be submitted along with the exam application form.
(b) For campuses outside the Kathmandu Valley, fees must be paid through the Nepal Bank Limited or Global IME Bank Limited at the Balkhu branch or from any bank within the Kathmandu Valley that issues a bank voucher in the name of the TU Examination Control Office; the bank voucher must be submitted along with the exam application form.
(c) For campuses under the Regional OCE in the Biratnagar region, all exam-related fees must be deposited into the current account of Nepal Bank Limited, Bazar Adda Branch, at the TU Regional Examination Control Office, Biratnagar, with Chalti Hisab Number 10400100922112000001, and the bank voucher must be submitted along with the exam application form.
(d) For campuses under the Regional OCE in the Nepalgunj region, all exam-related fees must be deposited into the current account of Global IME Bank Limited, at the TU Regional Examination Control Office, Nepalgunj, with Chalti Hisab Number 21010100000076, at Tribhuvan Chowk, Banke; the bank voucher must be submitted along with the exam application form.
(e) For campuses under the Regional OCE in the Pokhara region, all exam-related fees must be deposited into the current account of Nepal Bank Limited, Bagar Branch, at the TU Regional Examination Control Office, Pokhara, with Chalti Hisab Number 09100101110134000001; the bank voucher showing the payment must be submitted along with the exam application form.
