Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Examination Control Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur Technical SLC Level (One Subject) Chance Exam Application Form Fill Up Notice
Having obtained affiliation/approval from the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training, the council has affiliated, partners, conducted technical education programs in community schools and technical SLCs at the private level. As per Rule 3B (4) of the Examination Rules 2071 for the educational institutes conducting programs in different subjects, out of the regular candidates in the regular and final examinations conducted in 2076 BS, only one theoretical and experimental subjects failed. As mentioned in the details, including the examination fee of Rs.
A) Terms:
- The application form of the aspiring candidates of a subject from the educational institutions should be registered with the concerned council, province offices by attaching the file along with the receipt of payment.
- The exam application form should be accompanied by two recent passport size photos.
- It is mandatory to attach the photocopied form of the letter/ledger obtained from the previous examination conducted by the Examination Control Office.
- No action will be taken on the application form which has not fulfilled the mentioned condition and received after the stipulated time, the Examination Control Office will not be responsible for it.
- If any educational institution includes the examination application form of the trainees who have not fulfilled the condition, if the trainees take the examination, the examination results of such trainees will be automatically canceled and such educational institution will be taken action as per the act, rules, and regulations of the council.
- If Tipex is found to be worn while filling the examination application form, the application form will not be understood.
- Each educational institution will have to download the examination application form and trainee details from the CTEVT website www.ctevt.org.np and print the form using yellow paper.
B) Place, date, and date of the examination application form, time, and examination centers
1) In case of examinees: from 21st Mangsir 2077 to 05th Poush 2077
2) In the case of Educational Institutions (Including Bank Voucher):
3) Date of conducting the examination: For all the programs conducted in the month of Shravan / Bhadra, 2076 from 8:00 AM on Saturday, January 3, 2077, and for all the programs conducted in the month of Kartik / Mangsir, 2076 from 2:00 pm.
4) Place to submit the form: In the concerned provincial offices of the council.
5) Examination centers will be published one week before the date of conducting the examination.
