Tribhuvan University, Faculty of Education, Office of the Controller of Examinations, Balkhu, Kathmandu, Nepal, Notice Regarding Examination Form Submission for M.Ed. and MSSEd First Semester.
Students who wish to participate in the regular or partial/special examinations of the First Semester (M.Ed. and MSSEd), under the semester system of the Faculty of Education (including open and distance learning), scheduled to be held in the month of Jestha 2082, must contact their respective campuses and fill out the exam form physically or online by 2082 Baisakh 20.
Students unable to submit the form within the given period may do so with a double fee from 2082 Baisakh 21 to 27.
All campuses must deposit the collected fees into the Faculty’s bank account—single fee by 2082 Baisakh 21 and double fee by 2082 Baisakh 28. The scanned copy of the original bank voucher must be uploaded, and the internal assessment marks of the students entered in their online exam form must be verified by 2082 Baisakh 28.
All campuses and colleges are also required to ensure that students fill out the physical exam form. The form must include internal assessment marks for each subject and be submitted to the Office of the Controller of Examinations, Dean’s Office, by 2082 Jestha 4.

Students must visit the Faculty's website tufoe.edu.np and fill out the online exam application form using their Tribhuvan University registration number.

Campuses/colleges/departments must also collect physical exam forms from their students. If physical forms are not available, they can be downloaded from the website.

Students from the 2069 to 2075 batch may fill out forms for special exams.

Exam form fees:

Regular and partial exams: NPR 1500 per student

ODL/ICTE/MSSEd: NPR 2500 per student

Students must pay through their respective campuses.

Students must fill out the exam form accurately. If any issues arise while submitting the online form, they must contact their campus immediately.

The exam branch of each campus/college must enter internal assessment marks into the online system.

When submitting the physical exam forms to the Dean’s Office, the original bank voucher of collected fees must be submitted to the Accounts Section of the Dean’s Office.
