Government of Nepal, National Examination Board (NEB), Examination Control Office, Class 10 Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, Information regarding the schedule of Secondary Education Examination Grade Increment (supplementary) for the year 2078
Since it has been arranged that the students who have completed the basic requirements mentioned in the schedule and have joined the annual examination of the secondary education examination (SEE) of Class 10, conducted since Baisakh 09, 2078, will be allowed to participate in the Grade Increment (Supplementary) examination in only two subjects at most. Candidates participating in the examination should fill out the application form and pay Rs. 500. You are informed to submit the voucher, copy of admit card, and grade sheet (downloaded from the website) to the education development and coordination unit by the date 05 Bhadra 2079 through the concerned school.
Details:
a) Basis of Eligibility to participate in Grade Enhancement Examination:
It is decided that candidates who have obtained a final grade of C, or less than C, can participate in the Grade Increment (Supplementary) exam and conduct the exam according to the following schedule. will be This notice is published for the information of all concerned.

Exam Conducting Time: 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Date and Subject:
1) Saturday 11th of Bhadra 2079
- Compulsory English (Subject Code No. 101)
- Candidates taking only one subject (all subjects)
- For the candidates taking the exam in two subjects, the subject with the smaller code no
2) Sunday 12th of Bhadra 2079
- For candidates taking the exam in two subjects, the subject with the larger code number of the subjects they are taking the exam
Note:
- Candidates whose results have been canceled will not be allowed to participate in the Grade Increment exam.
- The Grade Increment (supplementary) examination will be conducted for two days only. Candidates who participate in the grade increase exam of only one subject, regardless of the subject, must participate in the exam on the first day of the examination.
- The examination of the candidates participating in the compulsory English (code no. 101) subject will be conducted on the first day only.
- Candidates who take the exam in two subjects will have to participate in the examination on the first day of the code number with the lowest marks and on the second day of the code number with the highest marks.
- Even if there is an emergency holiday, the examination will not be postponed without prior notice from the National Examination Board.
- The examination center of the Grade Increment examination will be held at the district headquarters only. The information about the examination centers will be provided by the relevant education development and coordination units in coordination with the Provincial Examination Conducting and Management Committee. Candidates who do not participate in the examination according to the specified center and schedule will not be given another arrangement for the examination.
- Arrangement of admits card: Since the admit card for SEE exam 2078 is the same as the admit card for the supplementary exam, the exam should be given with the symbol number mentioned in the same admit card. If the admit card is lost, the Principal of the concerned school shall verify the photograph of the examinees and transfer Rs. 50 (fifty) fees should be paid and submitted to the Education Development and Coordination Unit along with the recommendation. For the purpose of joining the grade increment (supplementary) examination, a copy of the admit card will be provided by the education development and coordination unit of the respective district.
- The exam application form can be downloaded from National Examination Board Examination Control Office Class 10 website: www.see.gov.np or National Examination Board website: www.neb.gov.np. Detailed information regarding the conduct of the supplementary examination and the details including the code number of the subjects can also be viewed from the said websites.
- The education development and coordination units will send the details of the candidates who fill the application form to join the grade increase (supplementary) examination, including the subject according to the school, so that it must arrive at the examination control office class 10 within 09 August 2079. And the coordination unit is requested to keep it safe.
