As a decision has been made to conduct the Secondary Education Examination (SEE), 2081, by the schedule given below, this notice is published for the information of all concerned.

Important Notes

Even if there is an unplanned holiday, the examination will not be postponed without prior notice from the Office of the Controller of Examinations, National Examination Board.
-
Examinations for the Regular and Grade Improvement groups will be conducted simultaneously according to the above schedule.
-
There will be no examinations on 2081 Chaitra 09 (Saturday) and 2081 Chaitra 11 (Monday).
-
An admission card (entry card) is mandatory to enter the examination hall.
-
The respective Education Development Directorates and Education Development & Coordination Units will provide information about examination centers.
-
No alternative arrangements will be made for examinees who do not attend the exam at the assigned center as per the given schedule.

Examinees must appear for the exam with the symbol number mentioned on their admission card. The symbol number on the admission card will not be changed. If someone takes an exam using a code number, that exam will be automatically canceled.

For the convenience of SEE candidates who have disabilities, new mothers, or are in mourning (Kiriya), the Center Superintendent must make necessary arrangements in coordination with the concerned school.

Examination centers for both Regular and Grade Improvement candidates will not be changed.

Examinees should verify the date of birth and the spelling of their name and surname (as stated on the registration/exam application form) with the control list provided by this office. Suppose there is any discrepancy, and it needs to be corrected. In that case, the concerned school must compulsorily send the details to be corrected—either through the respective Education Development & Coordination Unit or directly to this office—so that it arrives no later than the end of Baisakh 2082.
