Registration Form for Diploma, PCL, and Pre-Diploma Level Special Technical Education Scholarship Program:
Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Examination Control Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur Urgent notice regarding filling up of registration form for Diploma / Certificate Level and Pre-Diploma Level Special Technical Education Scholarship Program
Under the Special Technical Education Scholarship Program as provided in the budget and program of the Government of Nepal, Special Technical Education Scholarship 2076 for the academic session 2076/77 at Diploma / Certificate level and Pre-Diploma level in the educational institutions approved to run the program at the constituent and partnership level of this council. This information has been published for the information of all the educational institutions concerned to submit the registration form of the special technical education scholarship program to the students who have passed the entrance examination of the college and submitted it to the examination control office of the council.
If the registration form is not submitted within the stipulated time, all concerned will be informed about the non-registration process later.
Terms:
1) Only the registration form of the students who have passed the entrance examination of the special technical education scholarship program of diploma/certificate level and pre-diploma level taken in the month of Magh 2076 from the Examination Control Office will have to be filled.
2) There should be only the number of students as per the quota approved by the council.
3) For Diploma / Certificate level, the educational institution will have to deposit a registration fee of Rs. 2,500 per student and an institutional development fee of Rs. 2,000 per student.
4) For pre-diploma level (technical TSLC level) the educational institution will have to deposit Rs. 500 per student registration fee and Rs. 2,000 per institutional development fee per student.
5) The registration form will be available on the website of the Examination Control Office at www.ctevtexam.org.np.
6) Registration Forms The entry form should be entered in the Web-based Online System and the forms should be matched according to the aggregate and submitted in the Plastic Coated Index. The aggregate form according to the program should be printed and stamped correctly and a copy should be attached to the same file.
7) When enrolling students, the educational institutions should have done CTEVT, Examination Control Office, Diploma and Certificate level entrance examination operation, scholarship distribution, and admission guideline-2074 according to the second amendment.
8) The following documents must be attached to the registration file.
A) Certified copy of the result of the entrance examination along with the registration form.
B) Copy of Certificates of Educational Qualification (SLC / SEE).
C) Copy of citizenship/birth certificate.
D) Original copy of the entrance certificate of the entrance examination as well as in case of the students who have passed the technical SLC, the original certificate of passing the technical SLC, and a copy of the transcript.
E) In case of those who have passed SEE or similar from countries other than Nepal, board certificate, certificate of character, certificate of character, migration certificate, equivalence certificate, and copy of citizenship should be submitted in order.
(F) In the case of trainees who have passed the entrance examination from one educational institution and are enrolled in any program of another educational institution, photocopy of the result of passing the entrance examination, original admission card of the entrance examination, and consent letter of the concerned educational institution must be submitted along with the form.
9) Date of submission of the registration form and registration fee by the educational institutions:
- Date of submission of the registration form by the trainees to the concerned educational institution: 2077-09-21 to 2077-10-12.
- Educational Institution Online Registration Entry in ITMS Date: 2077-09-21 to 2077-10-13
- Last date for filing registration fee bank by educational institutions: 2077-10-13
- Educational institutions must submit the registration form, fee voucher, and details of the students to the concerned provincial office of the council on 2077-10-15 within office hours.
