Purbanchal University MBA, EMBA - II, IV (Spring) / MHHM - II, IV Sem Exam Form Fill Up

Purbanchal University Examination Management Office Notice to all schools/ campuses/colleges imparting MBA/EMBA/MHHM academic programs for filling and submitting the examination application form.

Purbanchal University, under the Faculty of Management, conducts a two-year postgraduate academic program under the semester examination system. For the MBA/EMBA second and fourth semesters (Fall Session) and the MHHM second and fourth semesters—both regular and partial examinees—for the academic years 2024/2025, examinees must fill in the examination application form by 2081/11/20. By 2081/11/23, the completed examination application forms and the requisite examination fee amount, as per the rules, must be deposited into Nabil Bank Ltd. A/C 00710017518402 of this office and submitted through the respective affiliated college/campus representative to the Purbanchal University Examination Management Office, Biratnagar. The examination application form that examinees must fill out has been enclosed with this letter. Also, after filling in the examination application form, examinees are informed that they must strictly follow the instructions below and submit the application form to this office.

Details:

1. Examinees must completely fill in the details on the examination application form—including their name, subjects, and other information—and prepare a record (Subject-wise Data) arranged in alphabetical order (in English) according to the examinee's name and send it. Moreover, if the subjects filled in by the respective student on the examination application form differ, a fee of NPR 500 per subject must be paid to correct that subject at the Purbanchal University Examination Management Office, Biratnagar.

2. In the examination application form, each examinee must mandatorily mention their registration number. If a student’s registration documents are not received and registration cannot be completed, the application forms of such examinees will not be accepted.

3. Among the three photographs attached to the examination application form, the first photograph must be attested by the Director/Campus Head/Principal of the respective school/campus/college by signing the photo and the form; the other two photographs will be certified by this office.

4. The attendance percentage of the respective examinee, as stated on the back of the examination application form, must be mentioned mandatorily.

5. Each examinee must fill out a separate examination application form for each section. Therefore, an examinee cannot mention subjects from one section in the examination application form of another section. If examination application forms are submitted with subjects from more than one section, only the subjects of the section whose examination is scheduled to be held first will be accepted.

6. The application form must indicate whether the subject has written and practical examinations or only a practical examination.

7. If an examinee fails to mention a subject in the examination application form, they will not be included in that subject for the examination. The examination fee is as stated below.

Examination Fee:

• Examination fee (for regular and partial examinees from the 2020 group onwards): NPR 2,100/-

• For other years and groups (for partial examinees):

  1. Up to one subject – NPR 600/-

  2. If two subjects – NPR 1,100/-

  3. If more than two subjects – NPR 1,600/-

Late Fee:

1. If paid within 7 days after the specified deadline – an additional NPR 1,000/-

2. If paid up to 10 days before the examination starts – NPR 2,000/-

3. If paid up to 5 days before the examination starts – NPR 3,000/-

Note: For late fee items No. 2 and No. 3, the first day on which the examination commences, according to the above academic program, shall be considered as the examination start day.
