Roll Numbers 650001 to 650200: Shree Krishna Madhyamik Vidhyalaya (Primary School Building), Itram, Surkhet (200 candidates).

Roll Numbers 650201 to 650404: PSC Surkhet Office, Exam Building “B” (204 candidates).

Roll Numbers 650405 to 650584: PSC Surkhet Office, Exam Building “A” (180 candidates).

Note: Candidates who had their exam centers changed will now take the test at PSC Surkhet Office, Exam Building “B.”
Important Instructions for Candidates:

Admit cards are mandatory and must be brought to the exam hall at least one hour before the start time.

An original Nepali citizen or any government-issued photo ID is required.

Follow the instructions of the exam staff strictly.

Carrying bags, mobile phones, or electronic devices into the exam hall is prohibited.

Only pens with black ink or dot pens are allowed.

Answers to multiple-choice questions must be marked using capital letters (A, B, C, D).
