Notice Regarding Exam Center for First Phase Written Examination of Gazetted Third Class (Non-Technical), Officer-Level or Equivalent Post.
As per Advertisement No. 16701-16707/081-82 (Open and Inclusive), the Public Service Commission (PSC), Central Office has scheduled the first phase written examination under the joint and integrated examination system for the post of Gazetted Third Class (Non-Technical), Officer-Level or equivalent, to be held at the Butwal exam center. This includes all candidates (except those under Nepal Foreign Service) whose online applications have been approved.
This notice has been published for the information of all concerned regarding the exam schedule, time, and venue. Candidates requiring an assistant writer must submit a request with valid reasons and supporting documents at least ten (10) days before the exam start date, as per Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079.

Important Notes for Candidates

Only black ink dot pens must be used to fill out the answer sheets.

Candidates must arrive at the assigned exam venue at least 1 hour before the exam begins.

Entry will not be allowed without the admit card. Candidates must also carry an original photo ID issued by the Government of Nepal (e.g., Citizenship Certificate).

Bags, mobile phones, calculators, and any electronic devices are strictly prohibited inside the exam hall.

Candidates will not be allowed to appear at any exam center other than the one assigned.
Even if an unexpected holiday occurs on the scheduled exam day, the exam will proceed as per the original schedule unless officially notified by the Commission.
