
Public Service Commission – Kathmandu Office, Anamnagar, Notice Regarding Second Phase Written Exam Center for Nayab Subba (Non-Technical).
This notice is published for the information of all concerned regarding the second phase competitive written examination of Advertisement No. 11901–11907/081–82 (Open and Inclusive) for Non-Gazetted First Class (Non-Technical), Nayab Subba or equivalent post under the joint and integrated examination system, conducted by the Public Service Commission, Kathmandu Office, Anamnagar. Candidates who passed the first phase examination conducted in Hetauda will take part in the second phase examination as per the previously published schedule at the date, time, and venue mentioned below.
Candidates requiring an assistant writer must submit a request application to this office no later than 10 (ten) days before the exam date. The request must include a reason and valid supporting documents, in accordance with Rule 68 (1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079.

Notes:
a) All candidates must arrive at the exam center at least 1 hour before the exam begins.
b) No exam will be postponed even if an unexpected public holiday is declared on the exam date unless otherwise notified by the Commission.
c) No candidate will be allowed to appear in the exam without an admission card.
d) Candidates must carry one original identification document with a photo (Citizenship Certificate or any government-issued ID).
e) Mobile phones and other electronic devices are strictly prohibited inside the exam building.
f) Use of calculators is not allowed.
g) Only black ink pens or dot pens are allowed for writing in the answer sheets. Pencils are not allowed.
h) No candidate will be permitted to attend the exam at a center other than the assigned one.
