Kharidar or Equivalent (Non-Technical) Post First Phase Exam Center Notice, Advertisement and Exam Overview

As per Advertisement No. 12502-22507/081-82 (Open and Inclusive) by Lok Sewa Aayog, Hetauda Office, under the integrated examination system, the competitive written examination for the First Phase for the non-technical Gazetted Second Class (Kharidar or equivalent) will be conducted as scheduled.

The examination will be held in Hetauda at the following date, time, and venue. All applicants with approved application forms are informed accordingly.

Applicants needing an assistant writer must submit a written request along with justification and supporting documents at least 10 days before the exam date, as per Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079.

Important Instructions for Candidates

• Exams will not be postponed due to public holidays unless otherwise notified by the Commission.

• Admit cards are mandatory. Candidates must bring an original citizenship certificate or a valid government-issued photo ID.

• Arrive at the exam center 1 hour prior to the start time.

• Mobile phones and electronic devices are prohibited inside the exam venue.

• Use of calculators is not allowed.

• Only black ink is permitted for the exam. Pencils are not allowed in the answer sheet.

• The exam will be conducted using OMR sheets with multiple-choice questions.

• Candidates are not allowed to take the exam at any center other than the one assigned.
