Public Service Commission, Butwal Office, Rupandehi Notice Regarding Exam Centers for Second Phase Written Examination
As per Advertisement No. 13801–13805/081-82 (Open and Inclusive), under the joint and integrated examination system, the second phase competitive written examination for Non-Gazetted First Class (Non-Technical) post of Nayab Subba or equivalent will be conducted at Butwal Examination Center.
Candidates who passed the first phase (General Knowledge and General Intelligence Test) held on 2081/11/17 are informed that their second and third paper examinations will be held on the following dates, time, and venues.
Candidates requiring an assistant writer must submit an application to this office at least 10 days before the exam date along with valid documents explaining the reason, in accordance with Rule 68 (1) of the Public Service Commission Rules, 2079.
Details of instructions that all examinees must follow are provided in the notice section.
Note: The exam center for the second and third papers may differ. Candidates must confirm their venue based on their service/group.

Notice to Examinees

Only black ink dot pen or pen must be used on the answer sheet.

Candidates must arrive at the designated exam venue at least 1 hour before the scheduled time.

No candidate will be allowed to appear in the exam without the admit card. The original citizenship certificate or a government-issued photo ID must be carried along with the admit card.

Bags, mobile phones, calculators, and other electronic devices are not allowed inside the examination center.

Candidates will not be allowed to appear at any center other than the one assigned.

If the exam day coincides with an unexpected holiday, the exam will proceed as scheduled unless the Commission publishes a notice stating otherwise.
