Notice Regarding Nepal Nursing Council’s Name Registration Certificate Examination

According to the annual examination schedule published by the Nepal Nursing Council, this notice is hereby issued to inform all concerned that the forthcoming examination date has been set for Falgun 10, 2081. Candidates appearing in the Name Registration Examination must have passed at least Proficiency Certificate Level (PCL) Nursing or B.Sc Nursing.

• Online Form Submission Dates: From 2081/10/01 to 2081/10/30

• Online Late Fee Period: From 2081/11/01 to 2081/11/05 (until 5:00 PM, office hours)

• Examination Date: 2081/11/10 (Saturday)

1. Online Application: Please visit the link application.nnc.org.np and follow the instructions to complete the online form. Applications submitted using any method other than the online form will not be accepted.

2. Examination Fee Payment: The fee must be paid through the online payment gateway, Khalti.

3. Examination Fees:

   • For PCL Nursing and B.Sc Nursing, the Nursing Name Registration Examinations fee is NPR 3,100 (Three thousand one hundred rupees only).

   • With a late fee of NPR 3,000 added, the total becomes NPR 6,100 (Six thousand one hundred rupees only).

4. Eligibility Documents:

   • All required educational certificates must have been published by 2081/10/30, and the notice regarding results must also have been issued by then.

   • All necessary documents must be submitted by the specified deadline. Candidates who fail to submit all required documents by that date will not be allowed to sit for the examination.

5. Separate Examinations:

   • Examinations will be held separately according to each candidate’s program. Candidates must fill out the online form accurately and clearly.

   • The Council will not be responsible for any discrepancies, and fees will not be refunded in such cases.

6. Studying Outside Nepal:

   • From Ashoj 15, 2077 (October 1, 2020) onward, candidates who have studied outside Nepal must compulsorily upload an eligibility letter from the Medical Education Commission.

7. Interviews: The Nepal Nursing Council Examination Committee may interview the candidates if necessary.

8. Test Guidelines: Test guidelines can be viewed on the Council’s website.

9. Admit Card Details: The admit card will mention the examination center, start time, and other details.
