Certificate Level Nursing, General Medicine, Medical Lab Technology, Radiography, Homeopathy, General Medicine, Ayurveda, Acupuncture, Dental Science (Dental Hygiene), Ophthalmic Science, Agriculture (Crop Science and Animal Science), Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Yoga and Naturopathy, Forestry Programs First Year and Dental Conversion First and Second Year and Diploma in Engineering Programs, Hotel Management, Food and Dairy Technology, Social Works, Entrepreneurship Development First Year Part of Second Section Since the examinations are being conducted, the candidates have to submit the examination application form within 22nd of January 2079 for regular fee and within 29th of January 2079 for the late fee, this notice has been published so that the concerned educational institutions must fill the application form.
Diploma in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering (Specialization in Hydropower), Automobile Engineering, Geomatics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Information Technology, Food and Dairy Technology under Special Scholarship Program in Technical Education (Dalit, Muslim, Endangered Caste and Earthquake Affected) , Hotel Management, Entrepreneurship Development Program First Year Second Section Partial and Annual Examination System General Medicine, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Pharmacy, Agriculture (Crop Science and Animal Science) and Forestry Programs First Year Partial Examination will also be conducted at the same time; Please fill the application form on the above-mentioned date and time.
Also, the students of the school who do not fulfill the following conditions and do not submit the application form within the specified time will not be included in the examination.
Conditions:
1) All the details mentioned in the examination application form should be filled. A recent passport size photograph of the candidate with clearly visible face must be pasted on the application form.
2) In the case of partial examinees, the examination fee for one subject only is Rs.300.- and for each additional subject at the rate of Rs.150.- in the regular fee and the late fee will have to be paid twice the prescribed fee per student. In addition, if the form is not entered in ITMS Online within the regular fee time, a late fee will also be charged.
3) The concerned educational institutions must deposit the amount in the bank account of the concerned provincial office on the day after the last date of regular fee payment and the last day of late fee payment for the examination application form fee and send the total bank voucher to ITMS Online and within the date of 2079-11-2 regular and Delayed examination application form should be submitted to the concerned provincial office at the same time.
4) When submitting the examination application form, the relevant educational institutes must create separate files for the subject partial and new and old courses and attach the receipt of fee payment and register them in the provincial offices of the Council within the specified date.
5) In the case of partial examinees, only students who have enrolled and registered from the academic session 2073/74 (2016 AD) will be allowed to fill the examination application form.
6) In the case of partial candidates, only those candidates who failed in the internal assessment test will be admitted to the internal assessment test.
After making entry in the form and in the special notebook, it should be printed and submitted correctly.
7) Partly, the application forms of the candidates of all the programs of the annual/semester examination system who have been enrolled and registered since the academic session 2073-74 (AD 2016) are entered in the special library and collated according to the order of the form and the Internal Assessment and Exam Sheet Roll according to the program. A printed copy should also be attached to the same file.
8) Only the candidates who pass the internal evaluation subject examination will be allowed to join the final examination of that subject. Candidates who have failed (NQ) in the internal evaluation subject examination, if they join the examination of that subject, their examination of that subject will automatically be cancelled.
9) In the case of students who have registered from other schools, the name of that school should be mentioned in the examination application form and the transfer letter should be attached.
10) The examination application form of the candidates of the annual/semester examination system who are partially enrolled in the academic session 2073/74 (2016) and registered will be available at www.ctevtexam.org.np. The exam application form and admit card should be printed on yellow colored A4 paper and submitted.
11) The bank account details of the provincial offices of the council that deposit the amount for the fee are as follows.

The original receipt of the fee deposit must be attached to the examination application form.
Note:
The exam application form date as the symbol number of the candidates who have filled the exam application form should be checked from ITMS Online.
The educational institutions have to enter the application form of the examinees in ITMS Online within 2079-10-22 for regular fees and 2079-10-29 for late fees.
