Guidelines for Candidates:

1. Candidates must use a black ink dot pen/ballpoint pen in the answer sheet.
2. No candidate will be allowed to participate in the examination without an admit card. Therefore, candidates must bring their admit cards and arrive at the examination hall at least 1 hour before the scheduled time.
3. Mobile phones are prohibited in the examination hall.
4. Even if an unexpected holiday falls on the day of the examination, the scheduled exam will not be postponed without prior notice from the Commission.
5. A 20% mark will be deducted for incorrect answers to objective multiple-choice questions.
6. While answering objective multiple-choice questions, only answers written in capital letters (A, B, C, D) will be considered valid.
7. Candidates must bring a government-issued ID with a photograph, along with their admit cards, to the examination hall.
8. Candidates who require a writing assistant as per Rule 68 of the Public Service Commission Regulation, 2079, must submit an application in person at the Commission's examination office at least 10 days before the examination date.
