Tribhuvan University, Examinations Control Office, Balkhu, Kathmandu, Notice for Filling the Exam Application Form for Candidates Appearing in the Partial Examination of the 1-Year BEd Program.
Under the annual examination system for the 2081 academic year (under the 2080 system) conducted by the Tribhuvan University Examinations Control Office, candidates appearing for the one-year BEd partial examination are required to submit their exam application forms at their respective campuses from Magh 29, 2081, to Falgun 25, 2081. They must submit the application form along with the regular fee and, within one week after the ordinary deadline has passed, with the double fee. This notice is published for the information of all concerned.
Regarding the Exam Application Form:
(a) The exam application form must be duly filled by the student and submitted personally to the respective office. In case of any discrepancy, the Tribhuvan University Examinations Control Office will not be held responsible.
(b) For those enrolled in the year 2075 and appearing for the first-year examination for the first time in 2076, this will be the final exam.
(c) All candidates must mandatorily mention their previous roll number on the application form.
(d) Two recent passport-sized photographs (in casual attire) must fill out the exam application form.
(e) If a photocopy of the admit card is required during the examination period, the same photograph used in the application form must be submitted.
Regarding the Deadline and Fee for Submitting the Exam Application Form:
(a) For campuses in the Kathmandu Valley, the exam application form, along with the bank voucher in the name of the Tribhuvan University Examinations Control Office, must be submitted at the Tribhuvan University Examinations Control Office, Balkhu, within 2 days. For campuses outside the Valley, the exam application form along with the respective bank voucher must be submitted to the Regional Examinations Control Office of the respective region within 2 days, and such campuses outside the Valley must then submit the form to the Tribhuvan University Examinations Control Office, Balkhu.
(b) When submitting the exam forms, the bank voucher must first be registered at the Accounts Branch of the respective Examinations Control Office and then submitted to the appropriate branch.
Regarding the Examination Fees:
(a) Fee per section for candidates: Rs. 550/-
(b) Exam application form fee: Rs. 100/-
(c) Exam center fee per section: Rs. 150/-
(d) Practical exam fee per section for one subject: Rs. 300/-
(e) Practical exam fee for two or more subjects: Rs. 500/-
(f) Teaching practice fee: Rs. 350/- (Out of Rs. 350/-, Rs. 50/- to be deposited in the Tribhuvan University Examinations Control Office, Balkhu, Rs. 225/- in the Faculty of Education, Dean’s Office, and Rs. 75/- in the account of the respective campus)
(g) Fieldwork, term paper, and project work fee: Rs. 350/-
Regarding the Payment of Examination Fees:
(a) For campuses within the Kathmandu Valley, all exam-related fees must be deposited into the income account of Global IME Bank Limited, account number 05010100000050, or Nepal Bank Limited, account number 04500100099108000001, within the premises of Tribhuvan University, Kirtipur-Balkhu Campus. The bank voucher showing the amount deposited in the name of the Examinations Control Office must be submitted along with the exam application form.
(b) For campuses in the Pokhara region under the Regional Examinations Control Office, all exam-related fees must be deposited into the current account of Nepal Bank Limited, Bagar Branch, account number 09100101110134000001, located at the Tribhuvan University Regional Examinations Control Office in Pokhara. The bank voucher must be submitted along with the exam application form.
(c) For campuses in the Biratnagar region under the Regional Examinations Control Office, all exam-related fees must be deposited into the current account of Nepal Bank Limited, Bazar Adda Branch, account number 10000100922120000001, located at the Tribhuvan University Regional Examinations Control Office in Biratnagar. The bank voucher must be submitted along with the exam application form.
(d) For campuses in the Nepalgunj region under the Regional Examinations Control Office, all exam-related fees must be deposited into the current account of Global IME Bank Limited, Tribhuvan Chowk, Banke, account number 21010100000076. The bank voucher must be submitted along with the exam application form.
(e) For campuses in the Atariya region, in the case of Kathmandu, the exam-related fees must be deposited into the income account of Global IME Bank Limited, account number 05010100000050, or Nepal Bank Limited, account number 04500100099108000001, located within the premises of the Tribhuvan University Examinations Control Office, Balkhu. The bank voucher must be submitted along with the exam application form.
