Notice for One Subject Chance Examination Application by CTEVT:
The Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Office of Control of Examinations, located in Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, has issued an urgent notice for students to fill out the application form for the one subject chance exam.
Details of the Examination
The notice applies to students in the following programs: Nursing, General Medicine, Agriculture (Plant Science and Animal Science), Lab Technician, Radiography, Dental Science (Dental Hygiene), Diploma in Pharmacy, Ophthalmic Science, General Ayurvedic Medicine, Physiotherapy, Forestry and Acupuncture Programs, and the Special Scholarship Program in Technical Education.
The notice particularly targets students who have successfully completed their first and second year but failed only one subject in the third year. The application is open until Ashad 21, 2080, with the regular fee and until Ashad 25, 2080, with a late fee.
Application Guidelines
Applicants are required to adhere to the following conditions:
- Printing of Application Forms: Schools need to print the exam application forms by logging into ITMS Online and distribute them to the students.
- Examination Application Fee: An amount of Rs. 300 must be submitted as an examination application fee.
- Payment to Council Account: The regular or late examination application fee should be paid to the council's province office bank account.
- Eligibility: Only regular examinees who have failed in any one subject in the third year regular examination are eligible to fill the application form. A copy of the third-year examination result sheet should accompany the application.
- Previous Examination: Candidates who failed in only one subject in the result of the third year examination conducted in February 2079 after the registration was established in the year 2076 (2019) can apply for the one subject chance examination. A copy of the Mark Sheet or Ledger of the first and second year pass must accompany the application form. Applications from candidates who failed in the first and second years will be automatically canceled.
- Submission of Application: The application form must be submitted to the council's respective provincial offices via the respective schools.
- Admit Card: No candidate will be admitted to the exam without the admit card. Admit cards must be obtained from the concerned school within the specified time.
- Examination Details: Exam Conduct Date and Exam Center will be announced later.
- Web-Based Online System Entry: The examination application form for the regular fee must be entered in the Web-Based Online System by 2080/03/21 and for the delay fee by 2080/03/25.
