Notice Regarding the Examination Venue for the Written Examination of Assistant Post, Level-4, Administration Service/Group, Nepal Telecom
This notice is published to inform all concerned about the written examination schedule for the candidates whose applications have been accepted for the Assistant post, Level-4, Administration Service, Administration Group, under Advertisement No. 65/2080-81 (Open and Inclusive), published by Nepal Telecom (Telecommunication Company Limited) on 2081.01.07. The written examination will be conducted on the following date, time, and venue as per the details provided below.
Candidates who require an assistant writer must submit an application to this office, attaching the necessary documents, including the reasons and evidence for requesting an assistant writer, in accordance with Rule 68 (1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079, at least 10 (ten) days before the commencement of the examination. The mandatory subjects that candidates must follow are mentioned below in Directive 1.

Instructions for Candidates:

The examination will not be postponed even if an unexpected holiday falls on the scheduled examination day without prior notice from the commission.

Candidates must use only a black ink dot pen or pen in the answer sheet.

While answering objective multiple-choice questions, only the answers marked as A, B, C, D in capital letters will be recognized.

It is prohibited to bring bags, mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators (in the first paper), and other electronic devices to the examination hall.

No candidate will be allowed to participate in the examination without an admission card, so candidates must bring their admission card and arrive at the examination hall at least 1 hour before the commencement of the examination.

Candidates must bring their citizenship or any government-issued photo ID along with their admission card to the examination.

No candidate will be allowed to participate in the examination at any venue other than the assigned examination hall.

Due to infectious diseases, candidates must arrange their own masks, sanitizers, and drinking water for personal use.
