Examination Guidelines:

1. Candidates must use only a black ink dot pen/ballpoint pen in the answer sheet.
2. No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination hall without an admit card. Therefore, it is mandatory to bring the admit card and arrive at the examination hall at least 1 hour before the examination begins.
3. Mobile phones and other electronic devices are strictly prohibited in the examination hall.
4. If an unforeseen holiday occurs on the day of the examination, the scheduled examination will not be postponed without prior notice from the commission.
5. For answering multiple-choice (objective) questions, candidates must write in uppercase English letters (A, B, C, D). For the OMR answer sheets, only answers marked with a black dot on the correct option will be considered valid.
6. Only those candidates who pass the first phase written examination will be eligible to participate in the second phase examination.
7. The schedule for the second phase written examination will be published later.
8. The answer sheets for the first phase of the pre-qualification examination will be evaluated using the OMR system.
9. As per Rule 68 of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079, candidates requiring a writing assistant must personally submit an application at the commission's examination office at least 10 days before the examination begins.
