Public Service Commission (PSC) - Lok Sewa Aayog Notice: Examination Centers Established for Nepal Rastra Bank’s Assistant Second Class Post Pre-Qualification Exam Center:
The Public Service Commission, Pokhara Office, has published the examination centers for the pre-qualification test (first phase) of the Nepal Rastra Bank’s Assistant Second Class post. This notice applies to candidates who submitted applications in response to Advertisement No. 13/2081 (Open/Inclusive), Administration Service, Assistant Second Class, Assistant Position. The written competitive examination will be held at the designated examination centers as follows:

Important Notes:
(a) Examinations will proceed as scheduled even if an unexpected holiday occurs on the exam day without prior notification from the Commission.
(b) mobile phones, calculators, smartwatches, or other electronic devices are prohibited inside the examination hall. (c) Only black ink is allowed for examination purposes.
(d) Candidates must bring their admission card to the examination center.
(e) Participation is restricted to the designated examination center only.
(f) Answer sheets for the pre-qualification test will follow the OMR system.
(g) Candidates must carry their original citizenship certificate or a government-issued photo ID to the exam.
(h) Candidates requiring a scribe must submit a request with supporting documentation at the PSC office at least ten days before the exam date, as per Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079.
Health and Safety Guidelines (In Response to Special Health Situations):
- Candidates must arrive at the examination center one hour before the exam begins.
- Masks are mandatory upon entry to the center. Candidates are responsible for bringing their masks, sanitizer, and drinking water.
- Physical distancing must be observed, especially when entering or exiting the center and using facilities.
- All instructions provided by the staff must be strictly followed.
- Candidates should avoid gathering in groups and refrain from conversations.
