Nepal Insurance Authority, Recruitment Committee, Notice Regarding the Examination Center for Internal Competition, Open, and Inclusive Written Examination.

According to the previously published advertisement of the Authority, the examination center for the competitive written examination under Internal Competition, Open, and Inclusive categories has been determined as mentioned below. This notice is published for the information of all concerned.

Written Examination Date and Time

1. Deputy Director, Administration (Officer Second Class) – Internal Competition

   • First Paper: 2081 Chaitra 22 – 9:00 AM

   • Second Paper: 2081 Chaitra 23 – 9:00 AM

2. Assistant Director, Administration (Officer Third Class) – Open and Inclusive

   • Number of Candidates: 315

   • First Paper: 2081 Chaitra 17 – 9:00 AM

   • Second Paper: 2081 Chaitra 18 – 9:00 AM

   • Third Paper: 2081 Chaitra 19 – 9:00 AM

3. Assistant Director, Law (Officer Third Class) – Open and Inclusive

   • Number of Candidates: 14

   • Second Paper: 2081 Chaitra 20 – 9:00 AM

   • Third Paper: 2081 Chaitra 21 – 9:00 AM

4. Assistant First Class, Administration (Assistant Level) – Open and Inclusive

   • Number of Candidates: 438

   • First Paper: 2081 Chaitra 25 – 2:00 PM

   • Second Paper: 2081 Chaitra 26 – 2:00 PM

Important Notes:

1. Candidates must use only a black ink dot pen/pen in the answer sheet.

2. No candidate will be allowed to participate in the examination without an admit card. Therefore, it is mandatory to bring the admit card and reach the examination venue at least one hour before the exam begins.

3. Mobile phones are prohibited in the examination hall.

4. Even if an unexpected public holiday falls on the exam day, the scheduled examination program will not be postponed without prior notice from the Commission.

5. 20% of the marks will be deducted for incorrect answers in objective multiple-choice questions.

6. In objective multiple-choice questions, only answers written in English capital letters (A, B, C, D) will be accepted.

7. Along with the admit card issued by the concerned authority, it is mandatory to bring any identity card with a photograph issued by the Government of Nepal or one’s citizenship certificate.

8. As per Rule 68 of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079, candidates requiring a writing assistant must submit an application in person at the examination office at least ten (10) days before the exam is conducted.
