The Nepal Insurance Authority (Nepal Beema Pradhikaran) has published the examination center details for the internal competition, open and inclusive competitive written examination for various posts. The authority had previously released an advertisement on 23rd Mangsir 2079 regarding the same.
According to the notification, the examination center for the written exam has been finalized, and a special examination center has been arranged for candidates infected with Covid-19. The candidates infected with Covid-19 must inform the Nepal Insurance Authority at least three hours before the start of the exam. The exam will be conducted from 23rd Falgun 2079, and the examination center details have been shared for the information of all concerned.

Important Points to Remember for the Exam
- Candidates should use a dot pen or a kalam with black ink only while filling the answer sheet.
- Candidates must carry the admit card to the examination hall at least one hour before the conduct of the exam, failing which they will not be allowed to appear for the exam.
- Bags, mobile phones, and other electronic devices are prohibited in the examination hall.
- Even if there is an unexpected holiday on the day of the examination, the scheduled examination program will not be postponed without prior notice from the Commission.
- When writing answers to objective multiple-choice questions, only English uppercase letters (A, B, C, D) will be recognized.
- In addition to the admit card issued by the relevant body, candidates must bring their citizenship or any identity card, including a photo, issued by the Nepal government.
- The examination will be conducted in compliance with the norms related to examination (operation and management), 2077 (Third Amendment) issued by the Commission in special cases of transition.
- All examinees must compulsorily fill the self-declaration form regarding their health status on the Nepal Insurance Authority's website through electronic means.
- Candidates infected with Covid-19 will have to inform the Nepal Insurance Authority in advance.

In addition to the exam guidelines, the Nepal Insurance Authority has also shared some important Covid-19 safety guidelines for candidates. These guidelines are as follows:
- Candidates must wear a mask and carry sanitizer and drinking water before entering the examination center.
- Candidates should arrive at the examination center one hour before the scheduled time for the examination.
- While entering and exiting the examination center and while using the toilet, the examinees must maintain a distance of two meters and go to the designated place in order without crowding.
- Candidates should not gather in groups and talk.
- The personnel assigned to the examination should fully comply with the instructions given.
