The Examination Program Structure

Examination Guidelines

  • Candidates are required to use a dot pen/pen with black ink on the answer sheet.
  • Entrance to the examination is strictly limited to those possessing an admit card. Candidates must arrive at least one hour before the examination start time.
  • Mobile phones are strictly prohibited inside the examination hall.
  • If the examination date falls on a public holiday, the scheduled examination will be canceled without any prior notice from the commission.
  • Answers for Multiple Choice Questions should be marked in capital letters - A, B, C, D.
  • Entry to the exam hall requires a government-issued identity card with a photograph, such as Nepalese citizenship.
  • The examination will adhere to the "Standard 2077" (with amendments) regulations issued by the Government of Nepal, specifically concerning safety regulations and management of the examination in special infectious cases.
  • Candidates infected with Covid-19 will have their examination at a special center and must inform the Nepal Army in advance about their condition.

Safety Guidelines During the Examination

  • Wear masks and carry personal hand sanitizer and drinking water.
  • Arrive at the examination center one hour before the scheduled time.
  • If you need to leave the examination hall for any reason, maintain a distance of 2 meters from others and avoid touching surfaces.
  • Gatherings and conversations in the examination hall are strictly prohibited.
