Written examination program for the post of Office Cadet as per the previously published advertisement of the Nepal Army, which has been postponed due to the infection of Covid-19; This notice has been published for the information of all concerned as it has been decided as follows.
Note:
- Candidates should use only black ink dot pen/pen in the answer script.
- As no candidate will be allowed to appear in the examination without the admission card, he/she will have to arrive at the examination building at least one hour before the conduct of the examination.
- Mobile phones and other electronic devices are prohibited in the examination building.
- Even if there is an unexpected leave on the day of conducting the examination, the scheduled examination program will not be postponed without the prior notice of the Commission.
- In the case of multiple answers, 20% marks will be deducted for the wrong answer.
- When writing the answer to the objective multiple answer (Multiple Choice) question, only the answer written in capital letters (A, B, C, D in the capital letter) will be recognized.
- In the examination, along with the admission card issued by the concerned body, it is mandatory to bring an identity card with one's citizenship or a photo issued by the Government of Nepal.
- The examination will be conducted in accordance with the decisions regarding health security issued by the Government of Nepal and the criteria related to examination (operation and management) issued in the special case of transition issued by the Commission, 2077 BS.
- Before entering the examination center, the candidate should wear a maxi and bring sanitizer and drinking water for his / her purpose.
Things to Consider for in order to be safe in special cases of Covid-19 infection:
- Candidates should arrive at the examination center one hour before the scheduled time for the examination.
- Candidates will have to maintain a distance of 2 (two) meters without crowding when entering, exiting, and using the toilet.
- Candidates should not gather in groups, talk.
- After the examinee has written in the answer sheet, he/she will have to fill in the blank space of the remaining answer sheet.
- When the examinee submits the answer sheet, he/she will have to count his / her answer sheet and sign the answer sheet.
- Candidates will have to declare themselves regarding the infection of Covid-19. Infected candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination center.
- The instructions given by the manpower deployed in the examination should be followed completely.
