The Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) announces an open and inclusive competitive written examination for various positions, as specified in advertisement numbers 07, 08, 13, and 14/079/80. This notification is intended to inform all concerned individuals about the examination center and important guidelines.
Examination Center: The written examination will be held at the Shri Public Service Commission office in Kathmandu. All candidates are requested to take note of this information and make necessary arrangements accordingly. If any candidate requires a co-author for the examination, they must submit a document with valid reasons and evidence to the Shri Public Service Commission office as per Rule 68 (1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079, at least ten days before the examination's commencement date.
Guidelines for Candidates:

Use of Pen: Candidates should use a black ink dot pen/pen only while filling out the answer sheet.

Admit Card Requirement: Candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination hall without the admit card. It is mandatory to bring the admit card and arrive at the examination hall at least one hour before the scheduled start time.

Prohibited Items: Candidates are strictly prohibited from carrying bags, mobile phones, and other electronic devices into the examination hall.

Scheduled Examination: The scheduled examination program will not be postponed even if an unexpected holiday falls on the examination day unless prior notice is provided by the Commission.

Answer Format: For objective multiple-choice questions, only answers written in capital letters A, B, C, or D will be recognized.

Identification Requirement: Along with the admit card issued by the relevant agency, candidates must bring their citizenship or a government-issued identity card with a photo.

Special Cases: In cases where the Commission has issued special instructions, the examination will be conducted following the Examination (Operation and Management) Standards, 2077 (Third Amendment).

COVID-19 Safety Measures: Candidates infected with COVID-19 must inform Nepal Airlines Corporation in advance about their condition. Additionally, candidates should follow these safety measures during the pandemic:
- Wear a mask and bring sanitizer and drinking water.
- Arrive at the examination center one hour before the scheduled time.
- Maintain a distance of two meters while entering, exiting, and using the toilet facilities.
- Avoid gathering in groups and engaging in conversation.
- Adhere to the instructions provided by the examination staff.
