Students who participated in the Grade 12 annual examination conducted in Baisakh 2081 as regular examinees (with the first two digits of their registration number being 80), obtained a minimum grade of D or above in other subjects theoretically and NG (N, ot Graded) in the remaining two subjects, or obtained a grade of D or above in other subjects theoretically and were absent in the remaining two subjects, or obtained a grade of D or above in other subjects theoretically and NG (Not Graded) or absent in one subject, are eligible to participate in the Grade Increment (supplementary) examination as per the schedule below. This notice is published for the information of all concerned.

Grade 12 Chance Exam Schedule:

Examination Time: 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Bhadra 25, Tuesday, 2081

> Compulsory English (0041)

> All subjects for students appearing in only one subject

> For students appearing in two subjects, the subject with the smaller code number. (However, students appearing in both Compulsory English (0041) and Compulsory Nepali (0021) must take the Compulsory English (0041) exam on the first day and the Compulsory Nepali (0021) exam on the second day.)

Bhadra 26, Wednesday, 2081

> For students appearing in two subjects, the subject with the higher code number (Compulsory English (0041) examination will not be conducted on this day.)

Provisions for Submitting Examination Application Forms

> To participate in the Grade 12 Grade Increment (supplementary) examination of 2081, a fee of Rs. 600/- per student must be deposited in the Board's account by Bhadra 14, 2081.

> Students who miss the deadline for submitting the fee can submit it along with a late fee of Rs. 1200/- per student by Bhadra 18, 2081.

> Submit the application form along with the fee voucher to the concerned Board offices through their respective schools by Bhadra 19, 2081, within office hours.

Note:

> The Grade Increment (supplementary) examination will be conducted for only two days. Students appearing in only one subject must participate in the examination on the first day (date 2081/05/25).

> The examination for Compulsory English (0041) will be conducted only on the first day.

> Students appearing in two subjects must appear in the subject with the smaller code number on the first day (in the case of students appearing in both Compulsory Nepali (0021) and Compulsory English (0041), the examination for subject 0041 must be taken on the first day even though the smaller code is 0021).

> No further arrangements will be made for students who are absent from the examination as per the scheduled examination program.

> The examination will not be postponed without prior notice from the Examination Control Office even if there is a sudden holiday.

> Students must bring their own graph paper, charts, log tables, Goshwara Voucher, etc., required for the examination.

> Mobile phones, smart watches, Bluetooth devices, and other electronic devices are prohibited in the examination hall. If such materials are found in violation of this notice, the examination may be canceled.

> Information regarding the determination of examination centers will be published later.

> The examination must be taken only from the designated examination center. The center cannot be changed.

> The concerned offices of the Board are requested to act accordingly.
