Class 12 Grade Increment (Supplementary) Examination Schedule & Application Notice
For those who took the annual Class 12 examination in 2080 (registration numbers starting with 79) and wish to enhance their grades, the National Examination Board has released the following details.
- Achieved a grade of D or higher in the theoretical sections of other subjects and received an NG (Not Graded) in up to two subjects.
- Scored a grade of D or higher in the theoretical sections of other subjects and were absent for up to two subjects.
This notice serves to inform all relevant parties that a grade enhancement (supplementary) examination will be held, allowing eligible students to participate and potentially improve their grades.
Eligibility for Supplementary Examination:
- Candidates who scored a minimum grade of D or higher in the theoretical part of most subjects but received NG (Not Graded) or were absent in up to two subjects.
Examination Timing:
- 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Examination Dates & Subjects:
- 2080 Ashoj 6 (Saturday)
- Compulsory English (0041)
- All subjects for candidates appearing in only one subject.
- For those taking two exams, the subject with the smaller code number will be on this day. If taking both Compulsory English and Compulsory Nepali, English will be on the first day.
- 2080 Ashoj 7 (Sunday)
- For candidates appearing in two subjects, the subject with the larger code number.
Application Form Submission Details:
- Fee: Rs. 600.- to be paid by 21st Bhadra 2080.
- Late fee: Rs. 1,200.- for those who miss the initial deadline. Submit the application form with the payment receipt to the Board's respective offices by 31st Bhadra 2080 through the concerned school.
Important Notes:
- The supplementary examination spans two days.
- Candidates taking only one subject will sit for their exam on the first day.
- Compulsory English (0041) will be conducted on the first day.
- No special arrangements for candidates missing their scheduled exams.
- Exams will proceed as scheduled unless a prior notice is given, even on emergency holidays.
- Essential materials like graph paper, log table, Goshwara Voucher, etc., should be brought by the candidates.
- Electronic devices, including mobile phones and smartwatches, are prohibited.
- Examination center details will be announced later. Exams must be taken at the designated center; no changes allowed.
