This notice is published to inform all concerned regarding the entry of registration applications (subject enrollment), fee submission, and submission/collection of forms for students admitted to Grade 11 in the academic session 2081/82, as outlined below:

Details:

1. According to the notice published by the Curriculum Development Centre, students with a minimum of 1.6 GPA in the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) are eligible to study in Grade 11. Registration application forms should be filled out accordingly.

2. The registration application form must include a copy of the SEE Grade 10 grade sheet, certified by the Principal.

3. The registration form fee (without a late fee) of NPR 400 per student should be deposited into the relevant board office account by Kartik 15, 2081 (or the next working day if Kartik 15 is a public holiday). If the fee cannot be deposited by this date, students can submit the payment with a late charge of NPR 800 per student by Kartik 30, 2081 (or the next working day if Kartik 30 is a public holiday). All registration forms and the bank voucher or online payment voucher must be submitted to the respective board office by Mangsir 7, 2081.

4. Students who wish to study additional subjects must also mention the subject they intend to study on the registration form.

5. The registration application form must be filled out by the students themselves. Schools are responsible for entering this information online. The online entry should be done through the registration section (Grade 11) on the board's website: neb.gov.np, from Kartik 04, 2081, to Mangsir 07, 2081.

6. Guidelines and videos for online registration form entry are available on the board's website for further assistance.

7. Schools newly accredited to teach Grade 11 must obtain a school code to proceed with online registration entry. They are requested to contact the relevant board office for this process.

Note: All offices of the National Examination Board are requested to inform schools within their jurisdiction to follow this notice accordingly.
