Purbhanchal University Notice Regarding the Submission of Filled Examination Application Forms for M.Sc.P.R.D./M.A.M.C.J./M.M.T./M.D.C./M.S.W.
In this regard, Purbanchal University will conduct semester examinations in 2081 for the postgraduate programs M.Sc.P.R.D., M.A.M.C.J., M.M.T., M.D.C., and M.S.W. (second-semester exams to be held in 2025) under the Faculty of Arts. For regular and part-time students enrolled in these programs at their respective campuses/colleges, examination application forms must be submitted along with the examination fee (as per regulations) deposited into this office’s Nabil Bank account (A/C 00710017518402) by 2081/11/20. The bank voucher (Customer Copy) and examination form must be submitted to this office via the campus/college representative by 2081/11/22. The examination application forms to be filled by concerned candidates are attached. Additionally, candidates must follow the enclosed instructions strictly.
Enclosed Instructions:

Candidates must verify all details (name, subjects, etc.) filled in the examination form and prepare a separate alphabetical list for each batch. Submit these lists along with the forms.

Each candidate must compulsorily mention their registration number in the examination form.

For part-time exams, candidates must clearly state the subject name and type (practical/written) in the form’s designated section and submit a photocopy of their mark sheet.

Campuses/colleges must attach subject-wise data of candidates (by batch) when submitting forms.

Of the three photos in the form, the first must be signed and authenticated by the campus/college head/teacher, while the other two will be authenticated by this office.

The candidate’s attendance percentage must be compulsorily mentioned on the back of the form.

Clearly indicate whether subjects involve written, practical, or both exams in the form. Candidates not mentioning a subject will not be allowed to sit for that exam.

Students who failed or were absent in internal assessments conducted by the college cannot sit for the exam. If they attempt it, their results will be canceled.

Examination fees must be paid as per regulations.
