M.Phil.Math Semester I-2079 Examination Form Notification
Tribhuvan University, Institute of Science and Technology (IoST) announces important details regarding the application process for the upcoming M.Phil. Math First Year First Semester-2079 examination. Students aiming to appear for the exam should carefully review the given guidelines.
Examination Form Submission Details:
- University & Branch: Tribhuvan University, Institute of Science and Technology, Examination Branch, Balkhu.
- Subject: M.Phil.Math First Year First Semester - 2079 Group.
- Deadline: The application form for the regular semester exam and partial exams of the previous group should be submitted by Mangsir 5th, 2080. The Central Department of Mathematics in Kirtipur is required to forward the forms to the IoST Dean's office by 6th Mangsir 2080.
Instructions for the Central Department:
- Examinee Attendance: It's mandatory to mention the examinee's attendance as per regulations in the exam form.
- Internal Evaluation Scores: Apart from indicating the internal evaluation score in the exam form, a separate list must be attached.
- Failed Subjects: Subjects that the examinee failed in internal evaluation shouldn't be filled in the exam form. Any exams taken for such subjects will be nullified.
- Subject-wise Data: Data of the examinees for each subject should be included with the exam form.
Fee Structure:
- Semester Examination Fee: Rs. 2,000/-
- Partial Semester Examination Fee: Rs. 2,000/-
- Late Fee: An additional fee of Rs. 2,000/- will be charged for late submissions within a week from the original deadline.
Payment Details: Fees should be collected by the relevant Central Department on behalf of the Dean's office. All payments are to be made to the Nepal Bank account located in Kirtipur with account no. 04500100099107000001.
Important Notes for Candidates:
- Once the exam form is filled and the subject is chosen, changes won't be permitted.
- It's crucial that the candidate fills out the exam application form personally and signs both the exam form and the admit card. Failure to do so will lead to the university's non-liability in case of any discrepancies.
