Midwestern University, Examination Management Office has opened the examination form for the Chance Examination for the eighth semester under the faculty as follows. Relevant candidates should submit their exam forms to the campus where they have studied. Bachelor Level (B.Ed, BA, BBS, BBA, B.Sc, B.Sc CSIT, BE) chance examination application form of the eighth semester. Examination forms can be filled from the office's website www.muexam.edu.np. Registration is required to fill the exam form.

Note:
1) Only the regular candidates of the said semester who are enrolled in the graduation examination in the year 2016 will be able to fill the examination form.
2) Exam form date: 2078 Jestha 28th to Ashad 9th regular fee and Ashad 11th to 13th additional fee must be filled.
3) The concerned campus should send the examination form to the Examination Management Office by 5:00 pm on 16th Ashad 2078.
4) The Examination Management Office will not be obliged to approve the expired and non-formal forms.
5) When sending the examination form, the details of the students should be sent in alphabetical order according to the subject as per the examination form and separate details including the e-copy should be sent so that they can be clear about the subject of the examination.
6) If any examinee is exempted from mentioning any subject in the examination application form, or in case of failure, the necessary amendment can be made by the Examination Management Office by paying a fee of Rs. 400 per subject at least 3 days before the examination is conducted on the recommendation of the Campus Head.
7) If any candidate fails to mention any subject in the examination application form, he/she will not be included in the examination of that subject.
5) Students who have been expelled in the relevant semester will not be able to fill up the Chance Exam form.
