Tribhuvan University, Faculty of Education, Examination Control Division Balkhu, Kathmandu notice regarding filling/submitting the examination form for the Postgraduate Level Fourth Semester (M.Ed. and MSSEd 4th Semester)
Students who wish to appear in the regular and partial/chance examination of the fourth semester (including open and distance learning) of the Faculty of Education based on the semester system (M.Ed. and MSSEd) under the same Faculty of Education to be conducted in the month of Chaitra, 2081 BS are hereby informed that they can fill/submit the examination application form physically and online by contacting their respective campuses by 20 Falgun, 2081 BS.
Students exempt from completing the examination form at the specified time can do so from 21 Falgun to 25 Falgun, 2081 BS,, at double the fee.
All the concerned campuses will have to upload the scanned copy of the original voucher deposited in the bank account of this faculty by 2081 B.S. Falgun 21 in the case of single fee and by 2081 B.S. Falgun 26 in the case of double fee and verify the online examination form filled by the students of their respective campuses by 2081 B.S. Falgun 26.

Students can fill out the online examination form for regular and partial / chance examination only through the Tribhuvan University registration number by visiting the website of this faculty: tufoe.edu.np.

The form fee for the examination application form for regular and partial / chance examinations will be Rs. 1500/- (one thousand five hundred rupees) per student and Rs. 2500/- (two thousand five hundred rupees) per student in the case of ODL/ICTE/MSSEd. Which students will have to pay through the concerned campus? In addition, students will have to pay Rs. 300/- separately to the concerned campus for practical tuition, and the concerned campus will deposit Rs. 150/- (one hundred and fifty rupees) per student from the amount collected in this way in the bank account of the Dean's Office and send a scanned copy of the original voucher via email.

Students will have to fill in the details in the examination form accurately. If there is any problem while filling out the online form, they must contact the concerned campus.

Campuses and colleges will also have to fill out the physical examination form for the concerned students. Also, the examination section will have to enter the internal assessment marks obtained by the students in the online/physical examination form. Also, the certified details of the internal assessment marks of the students, attendance details (minimum 80% attendance should be), and the physical examination form and bank voucher will have to be submitted to the Examination Control Division of the Dean's Office by 30th Falgun, 2081 BS.

Students must upload/paste a recent passport-sized photograph with a clear face in the online/physical examination form. If the photo uploaded/pasted by the student is unclear, the application form will be rejected.

In the online examination form, the applicant must upload his signature, a photograph of the specified size, and a transfer letter (in the case of students who have transferred from other campuses), etc., in the specified place.

If the procedure mentioned in the examination form is not completed, the said examination form will be canceled.
