Tribhuvan University M.Ed. and MSSEd 2nd Semester Exam Form Fill-Up Notice:
Tribhuvan University, Faculty of Education, Examination Control Division, Balkhu, Kathmandu, Nepal Notice Regarding Submission of Examination Application Forms M.Ed. and MSSEd 2nd Semester (Regular & Partial/Chance), Semester System.
For those students under the Faculty of Education (Semester System) who missed filling out their examination application forms for the 2nd Semester (Open and Distance Learning included) of Master of Education (M.Ed.) and Master of Science in Special Education (MSSEd) scheduled to be conducted in Magh 2081, this notice is published to inform that:

From Magh 2, 2081, to Magh 4, 2081, until 5:00 PM, an online exam form submission window has been made available at double the usual fee.

All relevant campuses are also requested to correct errors in already-submitted application forms within this period.

The collected fees (from exam application forms) must be deposited into this Faculty’s bank account by Magh 5, 2081. A scanned copy of the original bank voucher must be uploaded, and the campuses must review and verify the online forms of their students by Magh 5, 2081.

Additionally, each campus must email the Examination Control Division ([email protected]) a letter stating the total number of students who have submitted exam forms and a scanned copy of the bank voucher.
Important Notes
Online Form Submission

Students can use their TU registration number to fill out the online application form for regular, partial, or chance exams by visiting the Faculty’s website, tufoe.edu.np.

The concerned Campus, College, or department must also collect each student's physical exam application form. If the physical forms are insufficient, you may download them from this faculty’s website.
Eligibility (Chance Exams)

Students from the 2069 to 2075 batches are eligible to fill out chance exam forms.
Exam Form Fees
-
For Regular & Partial exams, each student must pay NPR 1,500.

For ODL / ICTE / MSSEd, each student must pay NPR 2,500.

Students must pay these fees through the concerned campus.
Form Details & Internal Assessment

Students must fill out all details accurately on the exam form.
-
They should contact their campus for any issues with the online form.

The campus exam branch must enter the students’ internal assessment marks on the online form and attach a certified list of internal marks and attendance records (a minimum of 80% attendance is required).

These marks should also be entered in the designated section of the physical exam application form, accompanied by the official signature and campus stamp, and submitted to the Examination Control Division, ISI Office.
Photo & Signature Requirements

Students must upload a recent passport-size photo clearly showing their faces. If the image is unclear, the application will be rejected.

The applicant must sign in the specified area of the online exam form.

A transfer letter must also be uploaded if a student has transferred from another campus.
Incomplete Forms
-
Any exam form that does not meet the required process will be canceled.
