Far Western University, Office of the Controller of Examinations Notice Regarding Online Application Form Submission for Postgraduate Second and Fourth Semester Exams.
The Office of the Controller of Examinations, Far Western University, Mahendranagar, announces that candidates wishing to take the regular and partial examinations for the second and fourth semesters of the postgraduate level in the semester system for the year 2081 are required to enter their details online through the university's website: www.fwuexam.edu.np or www.exam.fwu.edu.np by logging into the online portal. This notice is published for the information of all concerned.
The following points should be noted:

Only the subjects specified by the university's regulations and approved syllabus must be filled when filling out the form. The Office of the Controller of Examinations will not be responsible for any discrepancies.

Log in to the online portal by clicking the "Online Portal" on the university's website, www.fwuexam.edu.np, or by directly visiting www.exam.fwu.edu.np. Enter your registration number as the User Name and your date of birth as the Password. After the first login, students must change their password by entering the current password (date of birth) in the "Current Password" box and the new password in both the "New Password" and "New Password Confirm" boxes, then click "Save Changes." After changing the password, login again using your registration number and new password.

Upload a clear passport-sized photo showing both ears in the first box on the right side of the page and a signature on plain white paper without lines in the second box as a .jpg or .png file, not exceeding 2MB.

Click on "Exam forms" or the pencil-like icon on the left side of the dashboard. Select the faculty, level, semester, and exam year group (Exam Schedule) and click "Pay Rs 1200" on the right side.

For students with practical subjects: Select the number of practical subjects in the box below. The practical fee is Rs 300 per subject for each semester or part. (The form will not be submitted if the number of practical subjects is incorrect). Students without practical subjects do not need to select this box.

For payment, click the Khalti App or Connect IPS icon at the bottom, enter your Khalti ID/Username and Password, and click "Submit."

After payment, all subjects for the relevant semester will be displayed. Tick the "Theory" or "Practical" or both columns for the subjects you are taking the exam for. (Make sure to select the correct subjects and codes. The Office of the Controller of Examinations will not be responsible for any discrepancies).

Click "Submit Application" after selecting the subjects.

Students can submit the form with double the fee by Magh 24, 2081.
Note:
Campuses and departments must review the forms filled out by their students and submit the internal assessment marks before submitting them.
