Tribhuvan University, Examination Control Office, Balkhu will be conducted in the year 2079, 2081 according to the annual examination system, as the examination will be conducted according to the following program for the candidates who will take the partial and private partial examinations for the first year Faculty of Humanities, Faculty of Education and Faculty of Management (MBS & MPA). According to this program, it has been understood that some candidates who have to take partial and private partial exams of the first year of master's degree failed to fill the exam application form, from the date of publication of this notice, the candidates of such campuses have to fill in the exam application form along with the due date and send the necessary process through the campus within 14th of Ashad 2081. All concerned are informed so that they can explain in the office.

Note:

1) No further arrangements will be made for the candidates who are absent from the examination according to the above examination schedule.

2) Even if there is any unexpected holiday, the examination will not be postponed without prior notice of TU.

3) If any of your subjects or papers to be given in the examination program are omitted or joined, you must inform this office within 7 days from the date of publication on the website. Otherwise, the exam will be conducted according to this program

4) Contact your campus for the practical exam.

5) Log tables, Goshwara vouchers, graph paper, charts, etc. materials required for the examination must be brought by the examinee himself and used with the prior approval of the head of the center.

6) Within 1 month after the completion of the theoretical examination, the concerned campus must complete the practical and internal evaluation examination and submit the answer sheet and attendance to this office compulsorily.

7) Prohibited items such as mobile phones, smart watches, Bluetooth, digital diaries etc. cannot be taken inside the examination building. Otherwise, the central president can confiscate such goods.

8) According to the notice of filling the examination application form, only the subjects prescribed by the rules and syllabus of TU should be filled in the examination application form and the examination should be done after confirming the course to be taken. If it happens otherwise, the campus or the students themselves will be responsible.

9) The examination center of all examinees will be conducted in Kathmandu valley and if they take the examination from any center other than the designated examination center, the examination will be canceled automatically.
