Lok Sewa Aayog Section Officer Written Exam Center Hetauda - Public Service Commission Examination Announcement: Section Officer Role (Non-Technical)

The Public Service Commission of Hetaunda and Central Office announces their Examination Notification No. 16699-16705/079-80 (Open, Inclusive), pertaining to the Gazetted Third Class (Non-Technical), Section Officer or equivalent post under the Integrated Examination System. The examination will take place in accordance with the health safety standards set by the Government of Nepal and the guidelines for examination management in special transition cases.

What Candidates Should Know

  1. Examination Schedule: The examination date, time, and venue will be announced as per the previously declared program. In case of an unexpected holiday, the examination will still proceed as scheduled without prior notice.
  2. Admit Card Requirement: Candidates without an admit card will not be permitted entry into the examination.
  3. Examination Arrival Time: Candidates should arrive at the exam center at least an hour prior to the start time.
  4. Use of Electronic Devices: Mobile phones and electronic devices are strictly prohibited. Calculators are not allowed. Black ink is the only permitted writing medium, with the use of a lead pen in the answer book forbidden.
  5. Mandatory Documents: Candidates must carry either their Nepali citizenship certificate or another government-issued certificate with a photograph.

Special Regulations for Transition Period

Due to the ongoing transition period, candidates are required to comply with additional safety measures:

  • Face masks must be worn before entering the examination center. Each candidate must also bring their own sanitizer and drinking water.
  • A physical distance of two meters should be maintained at all times, including when entering and exiting the examination center and when using restroom facilities.
  • All instructions provided by the examination staff must be strictly adhered to.

Assistance for Candidates

If a candidate requires the help of an assistant writer, they should submit an application to the office 10 days before the commencement of the examination, citing reasons and providing evidence for their request in accordance with Rule 68 (1) of the Public Service Commission, 2079.
